| 4g Technologies is a design, manufacturing
and sales company founded in 2003 in suburban Dallas/Fort
Worth, Texas. |

| What products are offered by 4g? |
| The company has spent the last
few years in market research, product design and test
of its new products tagged as The Next Generation of Sequential
Events Recording™. The product offering is broken
down into two groups. The first group consists of our
new line of Sequential Event Recorders (SER or SOE) including
a SER Web Interface for existing event recorders. The
second product grouping includes serial and contact annunciators.

| What services are offered by 4g? |
| By virtue of the technology employed
in the 4g products, several services are offered. These
include the traditional telephone technical support, installation
and on-site service as well as factory based diagnostic,
troubleshooting and firmware updates via Ethernet ftp.
In addition, 4g can provide technical support, repairs,
spare parts and field service on several third party manufacturer
annunciators and event recorders. Consult a local sales

| Who are the key people at 4g? |
Actually all of our employees and
associates are key. Some of the names that you might recognize
are:

Lee D.
Carrico is a co-founder of the company and has
over 35 years experience in software development and analysis.
His career includes a stint with McDonnell Douglas Austronautic
Co., where he participated in the development of NASA’s
first Apollo flight simulator and later was with Recognition
Equipment (REI) where he participated with the design
of the first automated teller machine. Mr. Carrico’s
most recent experience has been with Beta/Hathaway where
he designed the software utilized in the model 512 and
4100 sequential event recorders.
Mr. Carrico has over
18 years experience with the OS9 operating system, the
one employed in the 4g products. He holds a Bachelor of
Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University
of Southern Mississippi.

Donald
R. Hudson is a co-founder and the Managing Partner
of 4g. Mr. Hudson has 30 years in the electronics industry
and 20 of those in industrial instrumentation. He was
the General Manager and President of Hathaway Process
Instrumentation from 1988
to 2000. During that time he was involved in the acquisition
of two companies while overseeing design, sales and manufacturing
operations in the USA and Canada for the company. Mr.
Hudson expanded the markets for Hathaway’s products
by establishing international sales offices in the late
1980s an early 1990s.
Mr. Hudson is a member
of the American Management Association (AMA), the Institute
of Electrical Engineers (IEEE) and a Senior Member of
the Instrument Society of America (ISA). |
Donald
E. Westerheide, Ph.D. has an extensive background
in technical and program management with complex cutting
edge technology, software and hardware. His career has
included board, director and executive management level
positions with such companies as ISX Corporation, Lockheed
Martin’s Aeronautics and Aeronautical Systems as
well as General Dynamics.
Dr. Westerheide received
a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton,
a masters from the University of Illinois and a doctorate
from Iowa State, all in Chemical Engineering. He also
earned an MBA in Management and Finance from the University
of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Westerheide has contributed
to two books and authored over 20 science and engineering
publications. He maintains affiliation with numerous professional
organizations and Associations, such as the American Chemical
Society, U.S. Naval Institute and the National Defense
Industry Assn., to name a few. |
W. Dwight
Calkins has over 35
years experience in the design and implementation of analytical
solutions. For almost 20 years he worked in IBM’s
professional services group. Mr. Calkins plays a key role
with our pioneering technologies and his expertise in
process analysis and data mining will be utilized in the
development of the graphic user interfaces (GUIs) for
our products.
Mr. Calkins holds a
Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rice University, a
Master of Science in Physics from the University of Arizona
and a Master of Science in Operations Research from the
University of Texas at Dallas.

Michael
D. Maahs has over 25 years of technical and engineering
expertise in the electronics industry. His background
includes the design and implementation of products for
the power monitoring and process instrumentation industries.
Mr. Maahs has designed products utilizing a variety of
hardware platforms and is versed in multiple programming
languages for writing firmware. He has industry specific
expertise with IRIG-B communications, A/D converters,
DSP, milli-second resolution devices, distributed processing
architectures, embedded real-time systems and multi-processor
systems.
Mr. Maahs was involved
with the design of sequence of event recorders with Beta
Products. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics
and Chemistry from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Lester
H. Porter has over 45 years of technical and engineering
expertise in the electronics industry. He was with Beta
and Hathaway Process Instrumentation for 35 of those years.
During his time with Beta/Hathaway, he designed integral
annunciators, annunciator systems and integrated event
recorder and annunciator systems for fossil and nuclear
power plants. He holds three patents in this field. Mr.
Porter is responsible for the mechanical packaging of
the 4g products. |
Daniel
J. Rungren has over 25 years of technical and engineering
expertise in the electronics industry. He was with Beta
Products and Hathaway Process Instrumentation for over
20 of those 25 years. During his time there, Mr. Rungren
performed such functions and services as systems test,
quality assurance, and field service for annunciators
and sequence of event recorders.
Mr. Rungren is involved
in project management and field service for 4g. |
